ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement business strategies to achieve company sales goalsAnalyze and improve current department practicesRecruit and develop teams; build teams of canvassers by recruiting, hiring and developing the next generation of managersManage and train staff in canvassing skills with a focus on developing managersProvide direction and guidance to help managers meet their goalsIdentify target markets and develop tailored campaigns to reach potential customersAnalyze market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvementWillingness to travel to attend events, visit other offices, and support field activitiesBachelor's degree or a combination of education and equivalent experienceMinimum of 5 years experience managing canvassing teams with a track record of developing and implementing successful canvassing strategies and sales growthLeadership skills; ability to inspire and build strong relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration and achieve collective goalsExperience in home services industry (HVAC, Plumbing, Roofing, Pest, etc.
