We are excited to be able to offer a part-time (10-15 billable hours a week) BCBA position.
This position would have a caseload of 2-4 patients and would primarily be responsible for supervision.
This position is designed to be fee-for-service, where you are paid an hourly rate based on billable services and documentation time.
This part-time position is offered as a W2 employee, without benefits.
Schedule flexibility is available, based on the needs of the clinic.
BCBA job expectations:
Implementing an appropriate assessment tool based on client's needs or insurance requirements prior to the individual deadlines A caseload of approximately is to be maintained based on number of full and part time clients Supervise and evaluate the performance of the direct care staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plan; provide training and guidance as needed.
Perform 1:
1 and group meetings with staff to keep them informed and goal oriented Updating and maintaining appropriate programming for clients Provide parent training, resources and guidance to ensure the quality of care.
Supervise and evaluate the performance of the direct care staff to ensure proper implementation of treatment plan; provide training and guidance as needed.
Review clinical documentation and data collection; provide feedback as needed.
Duties and responsibilities reasonably requested by your supervisor, based on the clinic needs at that time.
