Technical Support Representative

The NewMind neurofeedback system pairs best practices from functional medicine with breakthrough technology to develop simple, but powerful QEEG-driven neurofeedback solutions that improve clinical outcomes and enhance individual well-being.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve peripheral and software issues for customers - Document customer interactions and resolutions in a ticketing system - Collaborate with other technical support team members to identify and resolve complex issues - Assist with the setup and configuration of computer systems, software, and peripherals - Educate customers on product features and functionality - Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams or departments Experience/Skills:
- Previous experience in a technical support role or similar position a plus - Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software troubleshooting - Proficient in using help desk software such as Jira or similar tools - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users - Have a calm and upbeat attitude.
