This position is responsible for helping to aid in managing the banking relationships, overseeing processes and procedures, escalations and risk related functions.
What You'll Do (Functions & Responsibilities) Oversee a team of staff who operate day to day functions to support our PayFac and ISO programs Serve as leading contact and liaison between our banking relationships Manage risk related processes and procedures Manage projects individually and as a team Oversee PCI compliance program for our portfolio Develop a strong understanding of the company policies and processes to ensure proper KYC needs are met across our organization Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations Oversee partner programs Manage software and vendor relationships that support our programs Manages periodic internal and external audits performedQualifications What We're Looking For (Minimum qualifications) 5
years of experience in a management role 7
years of experience in the payments industry Experience with multiple ISOs, PayFac or Acquiring relationships Strong organizational and communication skills Solid experience with many different software systems Extraordinary problem-solving skills including management of incidents and escalations Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail Knowledge of card brand rules and regulations Strong understanding of PCI compliance Must be a self-motived individual who is ready to advance in their payments career and take on a challenging role in Risk ManagementEducation Requirements Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, technology, or other relative area 5
