We match compassionate caregivers with clients that require assistance to be able to remain healthy, happy and home.
We are hiring a leader who can help us continue to care for our elders and grow our business.
Below are some of the duties required to perform.
Duties include, but not limited to:
Community outreach with other healthcare providers Promotion of the company throughout the community Coordination of care for our client with other providers 20-30 hours a week $16-$17 an hour plus travel reimbursement Recommended Skills Long Term Care Assessments Utilization Management Hospice Case Management Nursing Home Care Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
