to provide staff support toward the acquisition and retention of long term, quality clients through the development and implementation of lead qualification processes.
MRR's are key players in inbound sales and share information about the product and/or service they are selling, and trying to create trusted, meaningful relationships with prospective customers.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Establish and maintain an excellent customer service and sales relationship.
Ensure initial lead follow up is timely and appropriate.
Create and track the status of leads to ensure quality results in the time schedule.
Assist in the tracking of gains/losses of new clients through lead qualification.
Manage and coordinate effectively the follow up and farming of leads until closed as qualified, unqualified, etc.
Complete and provide accurate and timely MRR reports and analysis, and participate in the creation and implementation of change to improve results.
Attend sales meetings, company meetings, and other sales team and company functions.
Document all sales calls, appointments, and appropriate notes.
Prepare and deliver MRR sales performance metrics and pipeline development plans/reports to the VP of sales as needed.
Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum 2 years customer service or related market/business experience.
Prior experience successfully working in metrics driven environment.
Strong communication and relationship skills.
Excellent interpersonal, hospitality, and communication skills.
Strong customer orientation.
Ability to make recommendations and implement process improvements.
Positive attitude towards change and growth that supports B2B best business practices.
Annual Salary of $42,000 plus attainable incentives that will lead to total earnings of $60,000+.
