Interfacing with patients and doctors Answer phone calls Schedule and confirm appointments Get insurance Authorizations-explain benefit coverage to patients Maintain charts Greet patients Adhere to HIPAA and other compliance regulations Being the ambassador to the practice by setting the proper tone and energy for the patient complete experience Job Type:
