We specialize in interactive voice and call center services.
Qualified candidates would handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and emails for a wide variety of clients.
We have flexible hours and days available between Monday - Sunday from 9AM - 9:
00PM.
Weekend availablity is required.
We are looking for Full-Time and Part-Time positions.
The ideal candidate for this position will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and positive disposition.
The candidate should also have excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Duties include Customer Service, Technical Support, Data entry/Transcriptions, answer phones, and direct calls, email trouble ticket support.
Required Skills/Qualifications
Experience:

year's customer service or retail support.
Professional communication skills both verbal and written.
Efficient at typing and navigating a computer.
