The ideal candidate has experience managing both accounts receivable and accounts payable processes with a strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Responsibilities Prepare, post, verify and record payments. Enter financial data including invoices, expenses and payroll data into accounting software/CRM/spreadsheets. Ensure invoices and payments are correctly processed in a timely manner. Address and correct any discrepancies in accounts and billing. Assist Controller in reconciling accounts each month. Manage overdue accounts. Process credit card payments. Create reports regarding customer accounts as needed. Assist with analysis of data and reports at month end, quarter end, and annual financial reporting.
